Event Information
*Effective October 2023 we will only host weddings after Columbus Day and before June 15th. In an attempt to not interfere with other guest experiences, we request that the entire Inn is reserved for wedding guests with your booking*
*The site rental is $3500.00 and does not include rooms. Much of this fee is used for permits needed to host your event. We take care of this process.
*We collect a $500 refundable damage deposit upon booking your event. This will be returned if no damage/excessive clean up, within 10 days of the event.
*All vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
*We can cater onsite for parties less than 50. For larger weddings, offsite caterers can be your choice, our Preferred Vendor is Swify’s out of Albany. Caterers will have access to our kitchen.
*Vendors providing alcohol must provide the Inn a copy of their liquor license and liability insurance.
*We strongly advise hiring a wedding coordinator for the event and are happy to make a referral
*There is not adequate indoor space at the Inn to accommodate a large event if it rains.
*The Inn can accommodate events up to 45 people inside, 175 outside.
*The Inn can provide a 10X20 tent and picnic tables for your event with no charge. Chairs, tables and larger tents may be rented by outside vendors. Our Preferred Vendor is Tent All Rent All out of Whitesboro.
*Our restroom can only accommodate parties of 45 or less. If booking a larger event, a restroom rental must be provided by an outside vendor. Tent All Rent All does provide luxury restrooms.
*Discounts on rooms are available with a guaranteed minimum. Please contact us to discuss.
